What is NAGA and how the promotion works
NAGA is a fintech investment platform managed by Naga Markets Europe Ltd, an investment firm authorized and regulated by CySEC. The platform allows trading across a wide range of assets, specifically offering direct market access through Real Shares (DMA) accounts.
With the "Refer a Friend" campaign, valid from March 18 to March 31, 2026, NAGA rewards new users and those who invite them with Free Shares (fractional or full shares of publicly listed companies). The value of each share is determined by the market price at the time of credit and can range from a minimum of $25 up to over $100.

Main Requirements
To properly participate in the campaign and receive the reward, the following criteria must be met:
  • Specific Account: The promotion is exclusively reserved for clients holding a Real Shares (DMA) account. This account is created by default upon registration and verification.
  • Minimum Deposit: A deposit of at least 100 USD (or currency equivalent) is required directly into the Real Shares (DMA) account.
    • Note: The deposit must remain in the account until the bonus arrives. While funds are NOT locked and can be withdrawn at any time, doing so before the reward is credited will result in the bonus being forfeited.
  • Documents: Registration and completion of the verification process (onboarding) via a friend's referral link. Proof of residence is also required.
  • Invite Limits: You can receive rewards for a maximum of 10 successfully invited friends.
  • Lock-Up Period: Once received, the share (or the proceeds from its sale) is subject to a 45-day lock-up period, during which it cannot be withdrawn.

Follow these steps to obtain your free share:

  2. Verification: Complete the onboarding by uploading an ID card or passport. You will also need to provide a proof of residence (an account statement is usually sufficient).
  3. Participation: Access the dedicated section and officially register for the "Refer a Friend Campaign".
  4. Deposit: Deposit at least 100 USD into your Real Shares (DMA) account.
  5. Receive Bonus: Within 72 hours (or 3 business days) after completing the steps, you will receive the Free Share directly in your account.
  6. Maintenance: Do not withdraw funds if it causes the balance to drop below $100 before the reward is allocated, otherwise both you and your referrer will forfeit the bonus.
Important: Trading losses or market movements that take the balance below $100 will NOT trigger forfeiture; only voluntary withdrawals do.
